Pursuing double masters

Is it legal to pursue two postgraduate degree in the same subject but the title of the of the degree being different like MA and MSC at different times and from different universities?

No bar for MA and MSC at different times and from different universities.

For authentic clarification file RTI to UGC and get confirmation from them.
