Purchased Condition Patta

hello

My Father has purchased a condition patta land from SC guy. We belongs to BC. that guy has given cheque and blank promissionary note.

what are better way to solve and get the money from him or selling the land?

is it possible for us to sell land to a SC
guy?

we purchased the land from third owner for that land from that caste..

Generally supreme court judgement applicable to all over India. With the permission of district collector only can buy the SC land.

Permission of state govt is necessary. U have to take per mission from revenue minister.

Permission needed to sell the land? Is it possible to get patta for that land? If I have patta for that, can i sell it?
