I purchased a land in Titwala, Maharashtra in 2012. I was a non farmer since I didnt have 7/12 extract of agriculture land and .unaware of prewailing laws. Registration and oayments were done in the same year. After 6 months or so I came to know that the land cannot be transferred to my name since I am a non farmer. Some of the lawyers suggested me to get Agriculture certificate from Rajasthan, which I did non 2014.
Can I now get the Titwala land 7/12 extrac registered on my name now since I am now a farmer ?
