I have purchased a flat last year.There are three flats in first floor and three floors in the second floor.The cmda has approved only six flats.The basement is for carparking.As per approval one generator room and watchman room can be constructed in the basement.But the builder has constructed a flat measuring neary 1000 feet.He has not sold it.The entire area of the land are not divided between these flat owners.He is holding some uds for the unapproved flat.What action we can take?To whom we have to make a complaint.?
