My father has agriculture land on his name. But i have no land on my name. Can i purchase agri land on my wife's name using my father's 7/12. I am from maharashtra and want to by agri land in maharashra.

You cant purchase agri land on your wife name but you can purchase agri land on your name using 7/12 of your father's land.
