Proving adultery

Husband puts whats app status jus for fun as :- On a date with karishma for dinner......

Wife puts up a statement that husband is having affair.....Does this prove adultery....Or what ground is adultery needs to be proven

Taking anyone for dinner doesn't prove that after dinner they both moved to an apartment to do some extramarital exercises to digest their food. If wife feels so let her bring on record of the court what followed after dinner as I have mentioned here by sufficient irrefutable evidence. If she succeed, that she'll be presented with decree by the family court declaring that her marriage has been dissolved and she is now free to find another suitable match for herself.

A video through keyhole or a full fledged video of husband or wife having s*x with stranger, where face of both are clearly visible beyond reasonable doubt, can only prove adultery. Rest all bogus.

No adultery can't be prove on the basis of what's app status. You can simply say that time your phone is using someone else. Adultery is difficult to prove in court without any evidence of affair

It is better to admit the adultery and let the wife get divorce on that ground. Good riddance to such wife. Most likely she won't give divorce by mutual consent so let her have satisfaction of winning and being "right". This is best way to get rid of her. No punishment for adultery unless karishma is married. Only outcome of proving adultery is divorce - which is basically a victory.
