Protection on marriage

Dear Reputed Lawyers,

I know that marriage is by love and mutual inderstanding between two people. But this not giving any guranttee that the marriage will last long.

My query is even after love, mutual inderstanding and affection between two people, "how can marriage be protected from divorce's". Are there any Contracts, Agreements or Legal Documents were both boy and girl can enter before marriage with terms and conditions. I know prenuptial agreements are not valid in India. But is there any other alternative or procedure for the same in India.

I'f not SORRY  to say then, it is not safe to marry in India because there is no legal trust factor even after having love and affection.

Please comment.....................

Marriage can be protected from divorce if the spouses are free from complexes and ego and do things with mutual consent.     That's an unexpectable expectation.

It's safe not to marry especially for men.

Please don't blame India.      I saw several nationals.      Traditions vary.     Dresses vary.     But attitudes don't.
