Property sharing

We are 3 childrens, elder brother, i am the second son & younger sisters, both parents are not alive now, Now we want to divide the property, during our sister marriage we had given a site 30*40, now we have two propertys measuring 30*40 each, so we are planning that the elder brother takes one & my self one. but my sister is creating the problem saying she wants the equal share in these two properties. Also my father had taken a bank loan on one of the property for 10 Lacs. Please advise we are not in a position to give equal share that she demands is 20 Lacs.
