i am Kishore.
2 years back I have purchased a plot from a person.
Before the purchase I have checked at the E.C office and found the records matching with the person from whom I am purchasing.
Also I had consulted a lawyer to check if there are any litigations for plot I am purchasing and I got clearance that it is free of any litigations.
And I went ahead for the purchase and built a wall surrounding the plot writing my contact number on the constructed wall.
Two months back I got a call from other person ( he is the one who purchased a plot next to my site ) and informed that the court had transferred the land ( around 2 acres of land) to some other person who had put a case almost 10 years back (I.e. In 2002).
Then I have checked the plot details in online and found that court has transferred the plot to other person after one year of the purchase.
Now how can I proceed.
