We are 3 brothers and all are married . There is ancestral property and is in the name of my parents. Rents are minimal and enough to live for my parents though.
3 brothers live separately in different towns. One brother is not good psychologically , harassing us that he will put some cases so that my parents will not get 'rent' out of ancestral property and ceased till the property divided between us. We told that we can divide the property amicably but he is kind of excited about the cases and not listening because he is guided by trouble makers of my family.
What type of cases he can file ?
What will happen if he goes with those cases ?
