Dear sir,
My mother in law and her son and her daughter(my wife) are the legal heirs of a house.My father in law had deceased without writing will.
now my mother in law wants to give her share to both son and daughter.however her son is residing in USA. how to carry out the transaction without the sin coming to india. (relinquishment deed or gift deed which is advisable) property is in hyderabad.
