Property ownership clash with relatives

My grandmother had a property to her name and in her will she mentioned that the property should got to her husband, my grandfather, after her death and the second hand would be my father. Now, after she passed away, my grandfather didn't get a proper will made as he passed away due to sickness and wanst able to say or write properly due to which no proper will could be made. Now after he was gone, my aunts have gotten together to get the land away from my father, though he has been living here instead of them. Now they have forged a document of will in their favour and had put fake signatures on it. Now we do have other legal documents with my grandfather's real signatures. But they have been pulling the case a lot. Are there definite laws or cases to help us win our case?
