Property issues

there's a land having name of my grandfather and others also. But now the other person cheating me and got a record in which my grandfather's name has removed.My grandfather never sold it.
What should I do now.
I think ,I will file a case in high court against revenue dept. and State government that how it's possible that only one land having different records.
