I am a residing in a CGHS located in Dwarka, New Delhi. Recently the topic of extension has come up in our society, wherein one block out of the five had only 2 bedroom flats. Now they are extending to make them into 3, and the managing commitee seems to be into it as well, and they are taking it up by hook or by crook. I as a member of the other 4 blocks which has 3 bedrooms demands that an extra bedroom be made for us as well. but that is not being taken into cognisance. How can i stop this? Please give judgements for the same if any.
Additional Facts- They are providing the 2 bedroom flats with an extra bedroom , and the only extension we are getting is a balcony all around.
