Recently my wife got property registered from her parents
my question is they had given only registered copy(orginial) u her
Their is no parential copy
OR
other documents related to it
So kindly furnish the details like
what are the documents required legally for further transcation
like going for loans/selling the property

Regd., copy of the property is more than sufficient. Apart from this you can also obtain the property extract and nil encumbrance certificate.
