One of my friend's mother is widow. Her husband passed away 12 years back. She has 2 children - Son and Daughter. Since her husband's dead, her son is not living with her. Her daughter is married since 2 years. Her house is in her husband's name at present. She wants to transfer the house in her name without informing her children. Is it possible? How?

No. It is not possible becuase she has only 1/3 share in the house and rest vests in the sahre of her children.
