Hi,
I have gone with an agreement to purchase half of land from owner's property, and I have payed 50% amount. This was agreed with an agreement duration of 10 Months, and the owner is now in US. However, before leaving I have got the GPA done in owners's father's name.
When requesting to oblige with registration, with owner, the owner is refusing to come to agreement.
The agreement was done : March/2010, Validity of Agreement : 10 Months.
Please advise as I would like to continue with registration.
