I want know that a agricultural land is in my mother's name, however there is name mismatch in govt. Documents and land papers. Is gazette publication is enough or i have to go for deed correction. If gazette is ok then at the point of sale is there will be any problem.

use affidavit only at the time of sale or correction in the government record. no need to publish in gazette.
