Hi Experts,
We are froma housing society (Project under construction) and in order to start legal proceedings against the builder, however before the fist step we want to register a RWA for our society.
As of today we have approximately 50 Buyers with us, and we are adding new members as we go forward. The cosiety has approx 500 units.
Please guide us on how do we go ahead & register the RWA in Gurgaon, any help or guidance will be heighly appreciated.
