Procedure to get map approved for construction on plot

Dear Sir,

I need to get my home constructed in Bhadohi,Sant Ravidas Nagar, UP. The present 1 floor house is around 27 years old and in name of my father. the area of plot is around 55 sqmtr

For sanction of loan on construction on the site,approved map is required.

Kindly let me know the process to get the map approved and how much time will it take to get it approved, and do i need a lawyer to get this done.
