Respected Sir,
one contract awarded to one contractor and then it got sub contracted for three times. Here the dispute arose between the third employer and his contractor and went to arbitration. there is no direct agreement or link between the First Employer and third contractor.
In this case third employer showed bank guarantee through his contractor.means on behalf of third employer third contractor has paid bank guarantee to the First Employer.
Third Contractor wants to pull the First Employer to the present arbitration case.
Pls suggest how?
