2-  Proper building Pemrisison and approved maps

3- if any violations are there - whther they are properly regualrised by teh local body

4- Wheehter all the condition in the permisison are complied with by the Builder

5- Whethere all the facilities common usage /parking /utilities are proerly provided

6- Proper Water Suplly - and  Drainage systems- connectiosn 

7- Building Ocupancy Certiifcate

8 Buildgn Welfare Assocation membership and  Assocaition registration with required bey laws
