Respected Members,
I request your goodself to clarify that if any one member of an HUF (Hindu Undivided Family) carrying on the HUF business enrolls as a member with the Bar Council to practice as an Advocate. Is it mandatory for the HUF to close down its business activities?

Will the same not ammount to breach of the Advocates Act?
