what does the current POA rules says in TN,
is a life certificate rquired for all types of POA, or only for the POA where it is mentined as life certificite requirement and after the new rule in 2015.
i and my uncle were runnig a business togethr and my uncle had given a power of attorney to me in 2008. my uncle is currrenlty abroad and want to know if he still need to give a life certificate for me to use his power on a business related transaction?
