sir, we purchased a land of Acres. 3.06 cents which are side by side registered with 2 seperate documents in the year 1982, still it is in our possession. Recently we approched MRO office for conversation of land it is found that aprt of Ac. 1.00 cents is Government/poramboku land. while we questioned concerned authorities, they said that it is government land and you didn't took precautions while purchasing the above said land. if it is government land how can MRO issue pattadar pass books, and how can the same be registered? please advise me whether can i get that land by applying to Collector? The land is in Andhra pradesh? please advise me.
