When 498a is a non bailable offence then how 498a accused get bail Plz explain

non-bailable offense it is a matter of discretion of the court to grant or refuse bail and application has to be made in court to grant bail.

bailable offense means SHO can take a decision. Bail is the right of the accused, nobody can stop it, it just matter of time.
