Plot dispute

i had a plot and around that plot other person plot on all four side but now he is saying that he has one fourth portion on my plotalso .we both hawe any legal proof on that portion can i construct or not.

Dear sir,

You can construct on your plot area. If you have any dispute regarding boundary you can solve it mutually or else you have to approach court for declaration.

thanx sir but i want to get one thing if i will place aan itr regarding plott from 1900 to till date so cn i get proper detail on plot  with map
