sir, i had booked plot on 13 July 2012 from home works india pvt ltd,jabalpur at a price of 10 lakh for 2400 sq.ft after that i had given 4 installment totaling of rs 576000 . but they are telling me that the plot will took nearly one year more for registration because yet they haven't completed T.N.C.P, Diversion and then only i get registration. sir can you tell me is it safe procedure to buy plot or i got in wrong hand
