Me and my friends were accussed some person small violence case in my city.Fisrt we file a case in Local police station againest the person who file the case against us(counter case against us).They Filed directly thru the court .and we heard that court reffered the case to the local police station.
It was up to now 2 years ,court summence or arrest warrent did not get yet.
Is that case against us still exist ??
If so then how do we know about case.?
Please help am in confussion..

Please verify the court records police might have filed B report i.e., false report . If police have filed B report then no case against you.
