Sir, we are from a small backward district lalitpur uttar pradesh.
Sir , we have a partnership firm, registered with labour and employment dept., registering with sales tax.we have pan no. of firm, service tax registration is in progress.
We are very new and trying to do 2-3 businesses.
First of all, we are wishing to start a placement agency,because many of the guys from here goes out side in the search of work. We want to provide this facility here.we have a good network with our an N.G.O. in all over India.
but lack of awareness no one here to tell us the actual legal procedure for registering placement agency.
So sir, please give us a way to starting for this. we don't want to registered us with overseas.
I have searched all internet sites and many blogs,forums, but can't find any thing.
So where i have to register? and how ? what papers is required for this ?and what is the role of labour and employment department?
is there any handbook available ?
