Hi,
I filed RTI to PIO seeking attested or certified copies from his office.
PIO refused to give information stating can be obtained from court undelr rule 212 of CrPC and already his junior officer ahs sent documents to me.
Fact: No officer has sent documents to me. and I do not find this rule 212 of CrPC and its meaning.
PIO and FAA convinced IC (Information Commission) and IC passed order saying that documents are already sent to me.
Fir the lies made by the PIO and FAA before IC what is the actions possible against the PIO and FAA.
