I want to know from Law Experts that:

If some person  take video/photoghaps of  inside of Govt Oil Depot by any camerra without the permission of competent authority and present before any domestic enquiry as evidence, Can  the he be  booked for any offense for making video inside the area prohibited for taking photo.

I shall be obliged if information is provided with  quoting specific law/Act/decision of any court  for offence committed for taking unauthorisely photo of prohibited area.

Of course, the person taking unauthorised photographs has committed an offence under the provisions of Official Secret Act
