Pharma polution

Hi my name is sreenu tarra. I need a clarification about my thadi village . In my village is mostly effected into pharma polution of ramky pharmacity.thadi to pharmacity in 10 feets distences only.there is no buffer zone. In the lay out approved time, show in map, 'thadi village shifting proposal' and get approval in 2008.but now also village is not shift or replace.please how to e-fill the case in high court of A.P. and tell about fee details.which papers are need and any other solutions have in my issue?
