Hi Sir,
Can high court judge force husband to pay 30 Lacs amount as lump sum amount on application filed by wife u/s HMA 25 if he is already paying regular maintenence from past 8 years u/s Crpc 125 and divorce appeal is pending.
What law says for the case where wife is already enjoying maintencne u/s125 from 8 years and also request for permanent alimony u/s HMA 25 while husband appeal is pending in high court.
Kindly advise.
