How and where the case for perjury is filed. My bro wife filed DV cases against my bro, me and my wife. I filed evacuation suit against her.
Some contradictions are as follows
1) There are contradictions in averments made in DV case and WS of civil case.At one place she said the property she is residing is her father in laws and at civil case said that the property is joined property earned by father in lawm her husband and me (plaintiff)
2) some contradictions in averments made in DV case where at one place she represented being wife of my bro and he can join her and at other said that he divorced and could not stay with him
I want to file a perjury case against her. Please suggest how can I do this.
Can I use her contradictory statements in different cases against her?
