My brother registered an agricultural land, in Andhra Pradesh, on my sisters name, unwillingly owing to the pressure from parents and elders.

In thee mean time, my brother started a false propaganda, by writing many registered letters to Sub-Registrar, saying that, my sister is not in good mental condition and all the documents she had submitted are either invalid or fake. In fact all those allegations are false.

Now the registrar is saying that the registration is under 'Pending' status, because of the controversy created by my bother, and not releasing the documents for the past two months.
