Hi all
I am not sure, if someone can actually help on this. My frined has been accussed for doing salary fraud of approx 20 lac. He has been terminated from the employment on immediate basis on suspect. What would be the next possible step taken by the company, Can they call the bank personel and ask to verify his bank statement for 2 years. what precautions he can take to defend himself.

According to my opinion theTermination is illegal on this ground. They have to issue show cause notice seeking explantion and based on the explanation they should conduct inquiry.
The Co may lodge complaint against him with Police for the alleged fraud. The bank is not bound to act as per the instructions of the Company.
let him challenge his termination in the court of law.
