I have made payment 35000/- in the form of Form Amount and rest Rs. 152000/- through cheque in this regard I want to withdraw my application and request to Real Estate Company return the my amount after a reasnable deduction but a long time passed they never return the same. In Regard no agreement signed bewteen me or company.
Please advide to me what I should do.

Go thru the RERA rules framed by your state.
