Sir,
At present I am serving in Armed Force of our country as technician with 9 years of service completed. I have applied for Officer grade in Public Sector banks and got selected. I have followed proper channel for this in Armed Force. Though I have qualified Officer grade post in PSB, the gross salary for the said post is less than what I am getting at present in my present employment (though it is lower post in central govt.). I am confused whether my service rendered in Armed Force be counted for the pay protection.
