i have registered link document for my agricultural land in telangana .i dont have pass books, i went for registration .registrar says registration cant be done with out pass books
i approached mro, its an extent of 11 acres land.
m.r.o said some one has misused record n there is court case between two parties.once it is closed.he can enter our record

what can we do to get passbooks

Apply for the issue of passbook in prescribed format and fees and send application either by Meeseva or Registered post. Preserve the Ack.
At any cost, do not give possession to anyone.
Contact a local advocate and get information as to litigation in between strangers on land belonging to you and as per his advice implead yourself or do as directed by Advocate.
But once you apply for passbook and MRO told about litigation, you are supposed to have the knowledge and protect your legitimate rights on the land.
