Hi, I am from a village in madhya pradesh. Patta of agricultural land of my cousin is not signed by patwari and tahsildar. The patta was issued 15 year back in the name of my cousins father. Last year his father died and mutation in the name of my cousin has not been made. He went to it centre at tahsil office for mutation. The guy at it centre returned his patta because sign of tahsildar and patwari was not there in patta. Now the problem for him is how to get sign from tahsildar and patwari. He needs the procedure or way to get the patta signed.
