Q/A : How to cancelled the issued patta for property?
My father got his family shared agriculture land year of 1981, but this property document is joined with his brother name. In the year of 1983,we have received patta & Sitta for my father name(No Joint).
Till last year we are paying the property tax for my father name from the year of 1983.
In EC also my father only is available.
Last year my father's brother added his name to patta, my father brother sold his shared property year of 2000.
This property is located in Vellore dist- Tamilnadu.
Whom i can approach to cancel this patta ? RDO(Revenue Development officer) or High court of Madras or Local Taluk court.
Please help me.
