my sister's father-in law's family property was once with his fathers name, after his death, a new name as included in UDR patta along with hos name and his brothers name in 1987. till now my sisters father in law only posses the above said property. we are challenging the wrong inclusion of that name in RDO court but the opposite party filed civil suit in munsif court that he is the legal heir of the wrong name included in patta and demanding the partition. what to do now?
