Sir.
I am working in PSU of the scale 70000-200000 with current basic 77370 and annual increment in this organization is 3% . In this organization my annual increment on date 1st January and I am selected in another PSU of pay scale 60000-180000 with annual increment 3%. But annual increment is on 1st Sept in new organization. I submitted technical resignation and issued no objectecion certificate by parent organization. I will resigned with effect from 1st Nov 2018 and I want to join same day in new organization,
So if get pay protection, what is the current basic in new organization at the time of joining and when my 1st increment will done ?
