sir,
my cousin komal was wrongly charged in a cheating case 8 yrs back but was acquitted by the court after 2 yrs. she is getting married to his b/f whos in usa? can she apply for a passport and can she get the passport and police clearance certificate?

When she has been acquitted, I dont see any problem in getting the passport
