We had bought a partnership firm along with immovable property. One of the old partner didn't leave. Now he wish to leave and one new partner wants to enter. In this practice what would be the status of immovable property? Just by dissolving the old partnership deed, the rights of old partner would be over in immovable property? As well new partner would have the same right on immovable property after making a new partnership? or we would have to execute sale deed like..? Pls reply..
