Partnership dissolution deed/ notice

Partnership is between two partners and I want to exit from the business, whereas other partner would like to continue. 1) Should I just prepare a notice of dissolution deed and sent it? Do I need other partners signature, as he is not showing willingness to co-operate. 2) Our Partnership license (Gumasta license) is registered with my owned place, how do i get it closed?, since the other partner is willing to continue 3) Partnership agreement mentions dissolution clause for the exiting partner to serve 3 month notice and I will not be able serve, can I exit immediately?
