Partnership Company Dispute

A client has a manufacturing plant in Haryana as a partnership firm(not a private limited company). Majority of the land is in the other partner's name and part of it is mortgaged with the bank. The client's partner has thrown him and has taken control. What can be done to acquire half of the property and company.

How many partners are there?  What are terms and conditions of the partnership deed?  It is better to consult a CA of your area for better guidance.

file a criminal complaint under Ipc sec 420, 406 and a civil suit for recovery of money
