Partition suit court fee / stamp duty

Hello,

What would be the Court Fee / Stamp duty to file a Partition Suit. Is the Court Fee based on percentage ,then what percentage in Tamilnadu ?

Supose the Property worth is 1cr and my share is 1/5 i.e (20 lac) what would be the Court Fee to file a partition Suit in Taminadu

As per Advocate Fee Act the amount will be very less but nobody will take up the case for the amount as fixed.In A.P the minimum fee is 20,000/- for a small case and in property cases Rs.1lakh is the minimum. So you go to a lawyerand fix the fee for your case

Apart from Advocate Fee, What would be expenses to be paid in the Court? Like a percentage of the value of the property in duspute, stamp duty if any etc., ?
