This is regarding case of person A. Her parents had a joint property which is a DDA flat. Her father died in 2008 leaving no WILL and mother died in 2013 and left a WILL giving her share to the daughter (A).
The house is occupied by her brother (A has only 1 brother) and his wife. They refuse to give her the share in the house.
Please advise how can she get her share. IN case a suit needs to be filled what is the court fees, if any.
